I've spent more than twenty years in senior commercial and customer leadership roles most recently at director level, with responsibility for substantial revenue and a large team. Along the way I've navigated contract changes, restructures and industry consolidation from the inside, and hired at every level. I know what the person across the interview table is actually looking for, because I've been that person.

I'm a trained performance coach (CMI Level 7), and I coach the way I lead; structured, honest, and direct. I won't tell you what you want to hear rather I'll help you work out what you actually want, and build a credible route to it.
